The Mitel Business Partner Forum was a great success, and a fantastic venue for Benbria to showcase our latest BlazeCast release and demo upcoming features and products to hundreds of Mitel partners and dealers at the Las Vegas event.

BlazeCast was also used to send SMS text messages to the attendees to remind them of each day's events.

From one analyst at the forum:

I was really impressed with one in particular, Benbria Corporation that develops broadcasting (outbound notification) systems for IP telephony and web applications. There are a lot of companies that do outbound notification, but Benbria sends notifications out both in the normal ways that most companies do – via phone, text message, etc., but also SMS, through desktop applications, etc. They pretty much have figured out how to contact people in every way possible, and the user interface to create a notification is so simple. Benbria has targeted several verticals for applications, such as higher education. In fact, the idea for doing this was drive by the student shooting deaths we have seen lately on campuses, which really stretched the ability for universities to contact students and faculty during emergencies.
