Benbria Online Demo

The BlazeCast demo system is available for Benbria partners to use. Below is important information about using the shared demo system.

The Benbria online demo system is provided as a free sales tool to registered partners. Benbria is not responsible for content created and sent through this demo system.

Note: Please note Benbria cannot guarantee that notifications are received by intended recipients across any medium. BlazeCast sends notifications through various networks and third-party systems that Benbria has no control over, which may be unreliable or experience failure. This may result in messages being dropped, or delivered at a later time. Benbria does its best to report failures, but may not do so in all cases. In particular, SMS and email are delivered on a best-effort basis to their respective gateways, and once the message is delivered to the gateway no responses or failures are reported back to BlazeCast.

Usage Policy: Contact information entered into the system is visible to other users (in the same Division) of the system. Please delete the broadcasts and contacts you create in the system after the demo to prevent users from viewing the content you created. Benbria has the right to remove completed broadcasts and contact information in the system at any time.

Warning on using SMS feature

  • SMS messages will be delivered to "ad hoc" entered mobile numbers. For mobile numbers saved in contacts, you have to opt in to receiving messages from Benbria, by texting "JOIN BENB" to 58914 (US), or 30000035 (Canada).
  • SMS messages sent through the demo system are billed to Benbria. Abuse of this free feature will result in deactivation of your account, and may warrant charge back of excessive costs incurred by Benbria.

Warning on using "Emergency" feature

  • Marking broadcasts as emergency is not recommended, as it will lock down PCs (if the PC medium is selected) - rendering PCs unusable until the broadcast is manually cancelled from another PC that is not locked.
  • Emergency broadcasts also preempt other tasks in the system, and may interfere with other users of the system.
